Managing Partner Message: RCG Celebrates Its One-Year Milestone in Assisting Clients with Soft-Landing Solutions Geared to the Mexican Market

What an exciting year it has been for RCG! On June 21, we marked our one-year anniversary of assisting clients with soft-landing and nearshoring solutions for companies seeking expansion into Mexico. Our dedicated team has guided our clients through a wide spectrum of areas, such as advisory, human capital, foreign trade, legal, research, IT, operations, health & safety, taxes, and more.

Our dedicated team has guided our clients through a wide spectrum of areas, such as advisory, human capital, foreign trade, legal, research, IT, operations, health & safety, taxes, and more.

Before establishing the partnership and the team that comprises RCG, my background involved decades of global consulting and overseeing a spectrum of critical functions in Mexico, including national human resources, health & safety, finance, legal & environment, purchasing, IT, treasury, and administration for automotive Tier 1 facilities. We noticed that many international companies had the operational knowledge to establish a presence in Mexico but did not have the know-how to deal with the complexities of Mexico, such as its culture, legalities, and administrative requirements. This led us to found RCG, an advisory firm that provides turnkey solutions to guide companies through the intricacies of entering the Mexican market, allowing our clients to focus on establishing sustainable growth for their businesses in Mexico.

Each individual partner of RCG has over twenty years of experience. RCG has been able to provide tailored solutions and guide clients in a number of industries, such as automotive, manufacturing, technology, agricultural, construction, and aerospace, ensuring a seamless transition into Mexico.

We recognize that there are numerous competitors in the marketplace and that expanding into Mexico requires significant caution, due diligence, and reliability. With that in mind, we have established the infrastructure to support operations of all sizes, from small enterprises to multinationals. Our decades of hands-on experience in Mexico enable us to ensure that our clients achieve successful operations and deliver exceptional results. This past year has been an exciting journey for RCG. We traveled to many parts of North America and advised clients of all sizes, from small family businesses to multinationals and public companies. As each client is unique, developing a solution that uniquely fits their requirements makes our business a ton of fun to work with.
