In previous roles, Carlos provided comprehensive oversight of the national functions of automotive operations in Mexico, covering human capital, IT, purchasing, health & safety, finance, legal, treasury, environmental, and administration. His expertise enables him to tailor solutions that address each client’s specific goals, ensuring a smooth transition and positioning for growth.

Spearheaded the selection, negotiation, and design of a Mexican greenfield manufacturing facility, on time and within budget.
Carlos boasts an expansive track record of advisory consulting experience, overseeing global forensic projects, restructuring initiatives, valuations, financial management, business leadership, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions across diverse North American and global industries.
Played a pivotal role as a process change manager for a transformative database implementation, DMT, streamlining interview, data collection, and preservation workflows, leading to multi-million-dollar savings through enhanced efficiencies for a global eDiscovery matter. DMT and its future reiterations is the baseline tool used for data collections processes globally by one of the big-four advisory firms.
