Spearheaded the coordination and management of a greenfield facility construction in Mexico for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company.
Led the comprehensive due diligence process for the acquisition of a Canadian-based Tier 1 automotive company's operations in Mexico, overseeing financial, IT, tax, legal, and administrative aspects. Orchestrated a seamless transition for two manufacturing facilities in Mexico.
